World Toilet day : Toilets and Jobs

November 19th is World Toilet Day. To observe the day, last year we Bhutan Toilet Org. raised 300 plus volunteers throughout the country and cleaned more than 50 Public Toilets in 20 dzongkhags, and gifted the society with clean public toilets.

This year to mark the day, BTO in collaboration with Dr. Toilet we are cleaning 100 plus toilets of JDWNRH, Thimphu (Thimphu Hospital). And it will be done with the help of 49 student volunteers from RIHS, Thimphu and some 20 other volunteers. Now with just a day and half left for the big day, we are all getting ready and preparation is going in full swing.

However, we are worried the day is going to be a little heavy for the volunteers and we dont have any budget to provide our volunteers with a decent refreshment.

Therefore, I turn to you all for your generous support to either sponsor or donate in your capacity to make a total of Nu. 6000/-, so we can buy and offer the volunteers with a decent refreshment.

Wishing you all a happy WORLD TOILET DAY in advance.

Thanking you!

Sleeping pills - 12 : However the calamities, life goes on and on

Sometimes the day is sunny and sometimes the night is rainy.
Sometimes the day is cloudy and the night is windy.
Sometimes the day is in rainbow and the night is in thunder and storm.

However the calamities, life goes on and on......

Don't waste your time questioning why?
Rather, try coming to an understanding, that it's just the way life is.....
If not for a happy life, it will give you a sound sleep at least for a night,

Sleeping pills - 11 : Poem in the moon

The woods are lovely dark and deep,
Tomatoes are red and feelings so deep,
If you are too tired to fall asleep,
You have toiled in the sun like a sheep.

You dont have to be the best,
Toiled hard you gave your best,
Dont take it too hard on yourself,
At the end of the day time's not on the shelf.

My, oh, my, try closing your eyes,
Let slumber kiss your weary eyes,
It's all fine take some wine,
Bid the world a good night, like a moon now you shine!!!!!

11 -11-16

If you can read this, then it's because our leaders have sacrificed their time building schools and exploring on means to provide free education to all. If you are reading this on your latest gadgets, then it's because our leaders are still working very hard, so we walk with time. They haven't stopped there.

If you are wondering who is this, "leaders?" Then it's our monarchs and on this day a great king was born because of whom- of many great things-  you can now read, write, smile and sleep peacefully.

A very happy birthday to your Majesty The 4th King of Bhutan.

Life's just beautiful

Life is an art, you either just live, write, sing, paint, dance, or etc. as long as you love doing it, as long as it doesn't hurt others sentiment and your own peace of mind, then keep doing it. One day you will look back and say, "This is my story. My life."

I seldom sing, write, dance, party, hike, walk, ride, talk, laugh, cry, smile, draw, sleep, eat, (Bhutanese) blogand mingle not to change the world but, to learn and change myself.

Keep smiling, Life's just beautiful!
